Are you in Monday syndrome? Couldn’t get enough sleep and your day started off badly? Did you fight with your boss? Did you get news that will bother you? Is a mild headache coming and turning over you? Then do these and enjoy your day;
1: Read jokes, share:
There is definitely an anecdote that will make us all smile. When you are bored, open a joke book or a website and start reading… Don’t forget to share the joke you laugh the most with your friends. When you get feedback full of smiles, your pleasure will surely come back.
2: Buy flowers but to yourself:
We all have received flowers, even if only once in our lifetime. But we buy all the flowers for others. Either for a new born, sick or for a pleasant surprise to our loved one… Well, have you ever bought flowers for yourself? That’s what you do today. Make yourself happy with your favourite flower. Then how about giving the flower to your tea shop, grocer, security guard? The surprise and gratitude on their faces are invaluable, let me tell you.
3: Start water wars:
It is a fact that water eliminates the tension in our body. Immediately fill your coffee glass to the brim. Wage water war on your colleagues with a straw you will find. I bet it will be as fun as starwars. Of course, there is also getting a little wet at the end.
4: Draw a picture:
Your painting lessons may have been awful. You may also be painting very badly. It doesn’t matter. Draw the worst picture you can draw and then print it out in the largest way and hang it on your wall. If possible, you can get it done in a simple framework. The real fun, as they come and go, “Who painted this picture?” It means Picasso to those who say.
5: Beg for a beggar as a helper:
As you know, there is a beggar in every corner. Beggar’s assistant is not a known profession yet, although begging is well known. “How’s that happening?” If you say, I tell you right away: Stand next to a beggar: “A charity to the beggar for the sake of Allah!” you say. 6: Go to the park and play:
Children will not always play, sometimes the parks should be ours. Run away from your location to a right playground. Get on the swing, slide off the slide, then open a soda and enjoy. Let the world be a park for you, play as you please!
7: Watch a funny video:
Sometimes, nothing beats watching funny videos for 10 minutes in the most troubled times. Enjoy comedians’ videos, camera jokes, funny videos, have a laugh, have a laugh. Look how your spirits will be fulfilled in a “snap”.
8: Send flight message:
I guess there isn’t anybody who don’t know how to make a paper airplane. For those who don’t know, there are a lot of narrative sites on the internet. It is very easy anyway… Let’s get to work immediately, because we have many messages to be sent. After building the planes, we can start flying towards the friends around us. Of course, by writing messages on it: “You are great today.”, “I loved your dress.” “Come on buy me some coffee.” Of course, you can also try this on the crowd passing through the window. The results are absolutely amazing…
9: Taste an old friend:
If you ask how this will happen, don’t worry, I’m not saying “eat your friends”. There’s always a chocolate, candy or snack you used to love. Especially, you cannot get enough of the tastes from childhood. So, to find one of them, go to the grocery store, to the market, then sit in a corner and spend a lot of longing with your old friend. Remember the good memories together.
10: lend a smile to the universe:
The more you smile, the more you smile. Do not forget it! So even if you are bored, lend the universe a lot now, smile, smile. One day, these smiles will surely appear before you as the smile of a beautiful child, a dear friend, and a loving lover. What are you waiting for?
