10 WAYS TO LEARN FAST AND EASY

1)- Each of us has our own biological rhythm such as sleep patterns, body temperature, and intelligence.

In order to learn fast and easy, you must first find the time when you are most awake and diligent mentally by following your biological rhythm. Better choose these times for learning.

2)- When you use more than one way to learn something (auditory, visual, physical), you use more parts of the brain to store information about that subject.

This makes the acquired knowledge interconnected and embedded in your brain.

3)- Take notes with paper and pencil.

Although it may seem slower and more laborious when considered today’s technology, one of the effective ways to learn is to take notes with real pen and paper. Customizing the information in your own words and transferring it to paper helps you keep the information for longer.

4)- Information overload is real.

Our brain must send signals to our sensory receptors to record new information. However, stress and overload will prevent your brain from processing, and storing information. Our brain needs breaks to gain permanent knowledge. Even a five-minute break is enough for a “brain respite”.

5)- Test yourself.

If you test yourself and answer incorrectly, you will be more likely to remember the correct answer after your research. You will also remember that you didn’t remember before. Doing something wrong is a great way to remember the right way next time. Especially if you are being harsh on yourself.

6)- Sleep is when most of the memory consolidation takes place.

Therefore, even a short nap after information acquisition helps you to improve your memory and keep the information for a long time.

7)- Try to relate the new information you have acquired to something you already know.

Then you just need to learn the difference.

8)- Group work is an effective method in easy learning.

Discussing a topic, you have just learned with a friend or group who has knowledge of the topic will help you deepen your understanding and make you expose to new knowledge.

9)- Teach someone.

When you share your knowledge with someone, you are not only teaching, but also analyze how well you have learned.

10)- Repeat the information out loud.

Research shows that the act of speaking is “a very powerful mechanism to improve memory for selected information” compared to thinking or reading quietly.
