1)- Ganon from “The Legend of Zelda”
Usually with green skin and orange hair, this bully has been the nightmare of every “Zelda” player since 1986. He is pure evil. What makes him a tough villain is that sometimes he really wins. If you’re gonna face with Ganon, you gotta be ready for this.
2)- Vaas Montenegro from “Far Cry 3”
“Did I ever tell you the definition of insanity?”
There’s a reason why Vaas is the poster child of the whole series, even though he only appears in Far Cry 3; he’s a beloved psychopath. Vaas, a drug smuggler, pirate, kidnapper and also enjoys torturing and enslaving his friends on the island. You must be ready for Vaas to shoot at your knee or set you on fire.
3)- GlaDOS from “Portal”
GlaDOS: Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System
Our one-eyed, cynical AI doesn’t have the ability to empathize like all of our other mechanical friends. However, while the heavy calmness in her voice rasp ears, she can always be forgiven with her caressing voice. She’s one of the most memorable game villains ever.
4)- Nemesis from “Resident Evil”
“ S.T.A.R.S.!”
When a terrifying 2.22-meter humanoid bio-organic weapon with a staple stitching on the head approaches you with a very deep and eerie voice, you have little to do except pray to Zeus.This unconscious killing machine, designed by the Umbrella Company to carry out specific orders, can find the surviving members of S.T.A.R.S and destroy everything that stands in its way to execute the order it received.
5)- Flowey “Undertale”

FLOWEY the FLOWER!
Flowey, who at first glance seems as evil as a smiling flower can be, is actually a terrifying manipulator who is omnipotent. Flowey can put its face in 45 different expressions and imitate the voices of other characters. Remember, when Flowey is around, you should always keep an eye on that scary thing.
6)- Bowser from “Super Mario Bros.”
“Showtime!”
The leader of the Koopa League, a hostile organization of turtle-like creatures, this big, powerful, ruthless and fire-breathing Koopa is Mario’s archenemy. Defeating Mario and conquering the Mushroom Kingdom is his ultimate goal. What makes him so cruel and angry is his unrequited love for Princess Peach.
7)- The Joker from “Batman: Arkham Knight”
“Take a hint o’boy. We may have had our differences, but you and me, we’re made for each other!”
He’s a professional criminal who always greets us with a giant, red smile-laugh. Joker actually has no other talent than his incredible capacity for violence, distorted humor, and the ability to create deadly mayhem. He thinks his inhuman tendency to violence is uncovering the biggest and most meaningless joke, the bitter truths. Can we say that he is much smarter and more cunning than we think?
8)- Arthas from “World of Warcraft”
Arthas is a very hard villain to beat. What makes Arthas Menethil such a tough villain is that he was once an honest hero. Arthas, a brave and powerful leader who swore to protect his kingdom, succumbed to his desires as soon as he took Frostmourne. Although he took the sword in his hand to defend his people, he became the destroyer of what he was trying to protect. Arthas, once a beloved hero, now leaves only destruction.
9)- Kane (Command & Conquer)
Kane, whose IQ is assumed to be at least 196, is known by his followers as the “Messiah.”In the original red alert, he’s known as the secretive advisor of Joseph Stalin.Kane, a ruthless villain, is the leader of the Brotherhood of Nod.
10)- Spider Mastermind from “DOOM”
When you hear the sound of his mechanical legs hitting the ground, you know that you’re in big trouble. You need your wit, skills and all the BFG 9000 ammo, so that your strange and disgusting-looking enemy doesn’t crush you like a “spider”. I hope we won’t need to dig you off the ground. Be careful.
