Shipman, a British doctor, has 218 victims proven by official investigations. By changing the records of his patients to show that their health conditions were poor, he proved that their death was expected. It is thought that Dr. Death have committed 250 murders.
2)- LUIS GARAVITO (LA BESTIA)
He is a Colombian serial killer and a rapist.He confessed that he killed 140 children between the ages of 6 and 16. It is believed that he killed more than 300 children, most of them homeless.
3)- PEDRO LOPEZ (MONSTER OF THE ANDES)
He is a Colombian serial killer and a child rapist. He confessed that he killed 110 girls. All of his victims were girls, aged 8-12. It is thought that he committed as many as 300 possible murders. He was released in 1990 and his whereabouts are still unknown.
4)- JAVED IQBAL (KUKRİ)
Pakistani serial killer responsible for the sexual abuse and death of 100 boys aged 6 to 16. Iqbal, who strangled his victims to death and dissolved dead bodies with acid to clear the evidence, committed suicide before his execution.
5)- MIKHAIL POPKOV (THE WEREWOLF)
There are 83 proven murders of the Russian serial killer and rapist Popkov in official records. The victims were women between the ages of 16 and 40, with the exception of a male police officer. Sentenced to life imprisonment.
6)-DANIEL CAMARGO BARBOSA (THE MANGROVE MONSTER)
Obsessed with virginity, this psychopathic serial killer is thought to have raped more than 150 young girls, but confessed only 72 of them. Barbosa was killed in prison by the nephew of one of his victims.
7)-KAMPATİMAR SHANKARIYA
Shankariya, an Indian serial killer, confessed committing 70 murders for pleasure.Serial killer who killed his victims with a hammer, regretted on the gallows “I have murdered in vain. Nobody should become like me.” He expressed by saying.
8)- YANG XINHAI (THE MONSTER HENAN)
The Chinese serial killer used to break into his victims’ homes at night and kill them with tools such as axes, hammers and shovels. After confessing 67 murders and 23 rapes, Xinhai was executed by bullets.
9)-SAMUEL LITTLE
American serial killer has been associated with 60 murders. Most of his victims were black women.Although 50 of his murders has been confirmed, investigations into others are ongoing.
10)- ANDREI CHIKATILO (THE BUTCHER OF ROSTOV)
The Ukrainian serial killer has been associated with 56 murders but he admitted being responsible for 53 murders. Chikatilo, whose victims were mostly women and children, was executed by a single bullet.
